What happens if I hit my response limit?
Your forms stay live, but new responses will be queued until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can upgrade mid-cycle and all queued responses will be released immediately.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no hidden fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If FormPapi isn't the right fit, just reach out and we'll process a full refund.
What's the difference between non-destructive editing and regular editing?
With non-destructive editing, every change creates a new version of your form schema. Existing responses are always linked to the version they were collected under, so editing a published form never corrupts or loses data.
